Ethan and Tracy love the outdoors and it’s their favourite way to spend time together and do new things. Ethan knew when he proposed to Tracy, he wanted to do something that would reflect their love of nature. So he planned a beautiful sunrise beach engagement for Tracy along with some beach glass hunting! Afterwards they found the perfect piece of blue beach glass and decided it would be the perfect something blue for their big day. Since they both love the outdoors and animals, they knew that a fun and unique engagement shoot at a highland cow farm would be perfect!
Kelly Taylor of The Bridal Lounge was there to capture all the fun. Ethan and Tracy’s engagement shoot was the perfect way to showcase their love of animals and the outdoors. Therefore having the shoot at the farm proved to be the perfect laid-back setting they had been looking for.

TELL US YOUR STORY: “One of our favourite ways to spend time together is in nature. We went early one morning to catch the sunrise and go beach glass hunting. After our beach glass hunting was done, Ethan called me over to a special spot on the beach.
He then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. With happy tears in my eyes I said “HECK YES!”
I was so excited to get to marry my best friend, my favourite human, and the love of my life! Ethan even had to lock the car windows to keep me from yelling “WE’RE ENGAGED!!” out the window on the drive home. (Picture Monica from Friends in the scene on the balcony after Chandler proposes. My energy was a lot like that. lol)
And now the beautiful blue piece of beach glass Ethan found that morning will be my something blue on our wedding day! We wanted to capture our love in a unique way & since we both love the outdoors and animals: a highland cow farm was the perfect place for us! We loved being around the cows and sheep. It was so laid back, a beautiful setting, and we have so many fun memories from our engagement photo shoot!!” – T
Ethan and Tracy can’t wait to start planning their big day! They already have their something blue and we are excited to see what other unique ideas they come up with to celebrate with their family and friends.
