Amber and Jason went with a champagne and white wedding theme for their big day at Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn. The theme and decor were based on the beach, which is their favourite place to be together and reconnect. We have heard nothing but praise from every guest at our wedding. From the 90 something year olds to the 20 something year olds. TELL US YOUR STORY!: “Some flirtatious banter was exchanged back and forth for quite some time in the early stages of our relationship. The way he looks at me, the way he smiles, how he is in complete awe about me. That is what made me fall madly, deeply and completely in love with him. Time spent together just seemed to disappear. We were together a lot, and that time spent together only made us grow closer. Before we knew it the weeks turned into months, then those months turned into years. In June, before our anniversary, Jason got down on one knee, popped the question, and I said yes!” -Amber

“Although she won’t admit it, Amber was the one flirting, I was completely innocent! She is right about me not keeping my eyes off of her, she failed to mention that hers were glued to me too. She stole my heart with her crazy laugh, sweet personality, her beautiful smile and the way she fits in my arms. I couldn’t have found someone that could make me any happier. We laugh EVERY DAY, whether at or with each other, and not a day goes by that we don’t complete each other’s sentences. She made my world when she said “YES”.” -Jason

The theme and decor was based on the beach as that is where we love to get away and spend our free time and reconnect with each other. The beach was where we had one of our first dates and ever since, that has been our happy place.” – A

BIGGEST CHALLENGE: “Our biggest challenge was finding a venue suitable for the size of our guest list. We really wanted to keep things very intimate and cozy. Finding one that could actually accommodate 50-60 guests comfortably proved to be a bit of a challenge, until we found The Rose Chapel & Best Western Stoneridge Inn.” – A

FAVOURITE MEMORY: “I would have to say the best memory was having so many of our closest friends and family together to celebrate our special day, the ones who have been by our sides no matter what.” – A

ADVICE FROM ONE COUPLE TO ANOTHER: “Keep it simple and work together. The planning will be a challenge, but as you work together and figure out the BIG aspects in the beginning, you’ll have more time for the finishing touches in the end. And don’t forget to make time for each other. Try not to get all caught up in things. Just enjoy each others company, laugh a little and it will make things easier.” – A&J
