PRICING

All prices are on a per person basis in Canadian Funds and are subject to 13% HST and 15% Gratuity

 

FOOD SERVICES

Outside food or beverage is not permitted in our Event space. With exception of your Wedding cake, traditional sweets. Onsite food or beverage that we prepare may not leave the premises due to health and safety food regulations.

 

SOCAN AND RESOUND

License Fees applies when music is used, with or without dancing and is applicable to 13% HST. SOCAN sets these rates and they are subject to change. Under 100 Guests $41.13, over 100 guests $59.17. Resound fee of $26.63.

 

DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATION

For all Events a $1000.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) initial deposit is require to confirm the booking and hold the date.

A second Deposit  of 25% of remaining balance is required  5 months prior to your events

A third deposit of 50% of the remaining balance is required  3 months prior to your events.

A fourth and final payment of the remaining balance in full is required 1 month prior to your event.

Deposit amounts are based on estimated numbers at the time of booking. If for any reason there is an over payment a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Credit card authorization form must be filled out through our Canary Link.

GUARANTEED NUMBERS AND FOOD RESTRICTIONS

Guaranteed numbers are required to be submitted to the Sales Department within a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event. All food restrictions and Allergies to be submitted as well a $5.00 p.p. fee for all Dietary restrictions over 5 will apply.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

We have a 118 guest rooms. We are happy to reserve a block of rooms for you and your guests at a preferred rate. These rooms will be held at no obligation to you until 30 days prior to your event. At which point, any rooms not booked will be released back into our general inventory.

 

CANCELLATION

If the function is cancelled the Convener will pay the Hotel; damages in accordance with:

100% of estimated cost  if cancellation happens within 14 days of event.

50 % of estimated cost  if cancellation happens within 15 – 31  days of event.

$1000 deposit or 10% of estimated cost  if cancellation happens within 31 days prior to the event.

 

EVENT RESPONSIBILITY

Hilton Garden Inn is not responsible for loss or damage to property brought into the hotel. All personal items and supplier effects must be removed from the event space at the end of each function. All music must be shut off at 12:00 AM. No confetti, bird seed, loose petals or bubbles

allowed  or a $300.00 clean up fee will be applied.

Among wineries and shopping, close to the FallsWe’re 12 kilometers from the Falls, and about 10km from the wine region. There are several wineries within 4km, plus businesses, dining and shopping. The Outlet Collection mall is the other side of Queen Elizabeth Way. Eat breakfast and dinner in our Garden Grille Restaurant & Bar. Grab a drink or snack at the 24 hour Pavilion Pantry.We have all-inclusive wedding packages and can accommodate up to 180 guests. Our packages include full ceremonies, dj, decor, hors d'ouevres, dinner, bar, wine and late night! We can do as simple or extravagant as you wish and can cater to any budget!
