Submitting a wedding to The Wedding Ring for consideration in our print magazine or on www.theweddingring.ca works the same way—and it’s super simple. Below you’ll find all the dates you should target to submit your love story to The Wedding Ring Magazine!
*Please note that if we accept your submission, it may take a few weeks or even months before we publish your story. Please know that we often edit profiles for length and clarity. Your patience is appreciated. We promise to email you if your love story is selected for publication!
If you’re a photographer, planner, or other vendor: Do you have a wedding you’d like to submit? Click here to submit your wedding with the couple’s permission. Or send this page to your brides and grooms to have them submit their weddings.

Submission requirements
Key Print Submission Dates
– The Wedding Ring Spring/Summer Issue
Submit no later than Oct 1, 2023 (the issue hits stands in early January).
– The Wedding Ring Fall/Winter Issue
Submit no later than May 1, 2023 (the issue hits stands in early September).
Who can submit a real wedding to The Wedding Ring?
Typically photographers take the lead on submitting a wedding to us for consideration, but other wedding businesses or newlyweds can take charge as well.

Do print weddings ultimately end up online as well?
Yes! We love the weddings we showcase in print and don’t want the inspiration from them to be limited to the pages of our print magazine. As a result, print real weddings will also be published on www.theweddingring.ca once the magazine they’re in hits newsstands. Additionally, The Wedding Ring Magazine can be viewed in its entirety online via Issuu.
