Plated dinner package 1
($65/person +HST)
- Farmers greens salad, cucumber, red onion, tomato, feta, toasted seeds, lemon honey vinaigrette
- Pan seared 8oz chicken supreme, vegetables, roasted potatoes, albufera sauce
- White wine and honey poached pear, creme anglaise, brown sugar crumble
Plated dinner package 2
($85/person + HST)
- Wild Ontario mushroom soup with truffle oil and puffed rice
- Ontario Beef tenderloin, fondant potatoes, garlic rapini, walnut pistou, Demi glacé
- Chocolate ganache tart and raspberry sorbet
- (Substitute for Ontario venison for additional $15/ person)

($95/person+HST)
- Hoikkaido scallop, brown butter, asparagus and green pea espuma, dill flower
- Miso black cod, bok choy, shiitake mushroom, pickled daikon, butter sauce
- Lemon curd tart, lemon yuzu sorbet, black sesame meringue
