1. The Starter Pack
- Essential Equipment: Perfect for the DIY crowd

- One 10’ x 10’ Pop-Up Tent
- Three Banquet Tables
- 24 Essential Resin Folding Chairs
- 24-hour rental coverage
- Optional Add-Ons: Delivery at $5/km, Setup & teardown (10% discount when bundled), Add-on rentals at a 10% discount, Brokerage Fee
- Ideal For: Budget-conscious clients, small backyard gatherings, or DIY planners
- Pricing: $175/day (Save ~13%)
2. The Party Standard
- Mid-Tier Equipment: Coordination for mid-size tents, tables, premium chairs.
- What’s Included:
- One 10’ x 20’ Pop-Up Tent (optional upgrade to 20’ x 20’ Frame Tent)
- Five Tables (Choice of Banquet or Round)
- 40 Signature Soft Seat Chairs
- Full-service setup and teardown
- Delivery within 25km
- Optional Add-Ons: Extra Deliver at $5/km, Add-on rentals at a 10% discount, Brokerage Fee
- Ideal For: Weddings, milestone birthdays, medium gatherings.
- Pricing: $600/Day (Save ~15%)
3. The All In One
A turnkey solution featuring a larger frame tent, premium or rustic tables, upgraded chairs, and full setup and teardown—perfect for weddings, upscale events, or larger corporate functions.
- What’s Included:
- One 20’ x 20’ or 20’ x 30’ Frame Tent + One 10’ x 10’ Pop-Up Tent
- Eight Tables (Any style)
- 64 Chairs (Choice of any combination)
- Tent sidewalls included
- Full-service setup and teardown, including:
- Pre-Event Site Inspection & Consultation
- Custom Layout Planning
- Permit Assistance (client pays fees)
- Utility Locate Coordination
- One Free Brokering Service
- Delivery within 40km
- Optional Add-Ons: Additional brokering, Additional Delivery, Add-on rentals at a 15% discount
- Full Setup/Teardown: End-to-end event support.
- Ideal For: Full-service weddings, upscale events, large family or corporate gatherings
- Pricing: $1,850+/day (Save ~15%)
4. À La Carte Rentals
For smaller gatherings or clients who prefer to pick and choose, our à la carte menu offers flexibility without sacrificing quality.
Individual Rentals:

- Pop-up to premium frame tents
- Wide variety of tables and chairs, priced per day
- Discounts available for multi-day or bulk rentals
