January 11th & 12th – Bingemans – Wedding Expo in Kitchener, Ontario
We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who participated and attended The Wedding Ring’s Kitchener-Waterloo Wedding Expo – brides, grooms, entourages, parents, and exhibitors alike.
Couples enjoyed free entry for themselves and their entourages, access to local exhibitors, complimentary welcome bags, and the latest issue of The Wedding Ring Magazine. They also had the opportunity to enter into various prize draws, including the ‘Win Your Wedding’ Grand Prize (valued at over $10,000).
The expo showcased a variety of vendors such as decorators, floral designers, DJs, photographers, videographers, musicians, gown shops, photo booths, transportation services, wedding and life budget experts, catering, formal wear shops, beauty and health services, gifts, travel, venues, officiants, wedding supplies, favours & wedding registries, and much more. Attendees also had the opportunity to explore the Handmade with Love Market, which featured unique, handmade products from local artisans. It was an absolutely amazing day!

This semi-annual event is scheduled to run again on Sunday, October 5th at Bingemans. Packed with creative exhibitors as well as the latest in wedding products and services. We’d love to have you join us! Here are all the details:
SHOW DATE: Sunday, October 5th, 2025
TIMES: 11 am to 4 pm
LOCATION: Bingemans – Marshall Hall | 425 Bingemans Centre Dr, Kitchener, ON N2B 3X7
ADMISSION PRICE: Free when you register online, otherwise, just $10 each at the door
GRAND PRIZE: $1000 Wedding Cash (to be used with any of the attending KW Expo Exhibitor)
CUSTOM LABELS: Don’t forget to select custom labels when you register to save you time and effort when filling out ballots to win prizes at the show. (Labels close on Tuesday, Sept 30 at noon to allow time for printing.)

Admission, welcome bag, wedding magazine, and automatic entry into a few of the biggest giveaways and prizes are free for anyone who registers before midnight on October 3rd.
