Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel, located in Stratford, Ontario first opened it’s doors in 1999, focusing on offering all the amenities and services that their clients love most. The Arden Park Hotel are proud recipients of the Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor as well as the Best Western Chairman’s Award (Top 5% of all Best Western’s rated for Customer Satisfaction and Overall Excellence).

This may be attributed to The Arden Park staff being hands-on from start to finish for every client (and wedding) inside their venue. With a team that consists of several career hospitality individuals, banquet service is smooth and efficient. The crew of chefs are very talented which translates to successful execution of events and with rave reviews upon conclusion.  The menus designed provide flexibility to accommodate allergies/dietary restrictions.

Past bride, Vanessa, had some unique requests for food & beverage, trying to strike a balance for a joining of different cultures for the reception: “You and your team were absolutely amazing, I don’t know how to express how happy we were with everything you did. The food was delicious (countless guests told us this) and you made sure everything we wanted was perfect. I will highly recommend Arden Park for weddings whenever I have the chance.”

From Connie, a mother of the bride: “… my appreciation for a job well done by all at Arden Park!  You and your staff were wonderful to work with, and I would say we were pleased with every area of service we received.  Your housekeeping department was prompt in our request to have rooms ready and refreshed in the morning for the guys to get dressed and take photos. Every request during set-up was responded to, and the special requests for food were taken care of.  It’s always important for me, at a function, to ensure that guests enjoy their food and drink, and I know that our niece (has Celiac Disease), as well as those with gluten free diets, were very grateful for the measures taken to accommodate them that day. I was also impressed to see management assisting with serving the buffet!
