🎫 FREE ADMISSION: 12 PM - 3 PM for you and your entire wedding planning entourage when you pre-register before Oct 16th at midnight. (One pre-registered ticket is good for your entire group.) Or $10 per person at the door.
Note: Ensure each each engaged couple is signed up—only registered couples are eligible to receive a SWAG bag and ballots to win prizes!
CUSTOM LABELS: Enter exhibitor draws easily with pre-printed stickers with your contact info. (cutoff is noon Oct 14)
GRAND PRIZE: $1000 to be spent with any exhibitor in the expo! The winner will be drawn at the end of the Expo. *Prize paid directly to the exhibitor of the winner’s choice from the Newmarket-Uxbridge Wedding Expo exhibitors. The winner will be drawn on Sunday, Oct 19th at 3 pm.
FALL 2025 SEASON GRAND PRIZE: One lucky couple will also win our Fall Grand Prize Trip – An all-inclusive trip for two to Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya, in Mexico courtesy of Shine Travel, Dreams Resorts & Spas, World of Hyatt and TheWeddingRing.ca. You’ll receive a ballot every time you attend one of The Ring’s Wedding Expos. The winner will be drawn on Sunday, Nov 9th at 3 pm.
