We want to thank all the brides, grooms, entourages, parents, and exhibitors who participated in and attended The Wedding Ring’s Oakville Wedding Expo.
Local couples and entourages were given complimentary entry to the event, along with access to a variety of local exhibitors, free welcome bags, and the newest edition of The Wedding Ring Magazine. They could also participate in various prize draws, such as the $1000 Wedding Cash Giveaway, courtesy of The Wedding Ring.
The expo provides an opportunity to meet with decorators, floral designers, DJs, photographers, videographers, musicians, cake, photo booths, wedding and life budget experts, formal wear shops, beauty and health services, gifts, travel, venues, officiants, wedding supplies, favours & wedding registries, and much more.

This semi-annual event is scheduled to run again on Sunday, Mar 2, 2025 at OE Banquet & Conference Centre. Packed with creative exhibitors as well as the latest in wedding products and services. We’d love to have you join us! Here are all the details:
SHOW DATE: Sunday, Mar 2, 2025
TIMES: 11 am to 3 pm
LOCATION: OE Banquet & Conference Centre | 2245 Speers Rd, Oakville, ON L6L 6X8
ADMISSION PRICE: Free when you register online, otherwise, just $10 each at the door
GRAND PRIZE: $1000 Wedding Cash (to be used with any of the attending Oakville Expo Exhibitor)
CUSTOM LABELS: Don’t forget to select custom labels when you register to save you time and effort when filling out ballots to win prizes at the show. (Labels close on Tuesday, Feb 25th at noon to allow time for printing.)
