A big thank you to all the brides, grooms, parents, entourages, and exhibitors who took part in The Ring's Caledon-Orangeville Wedding Expo. We hope it was a wonderful experience for all of you!

Local couples and entourages were offered free admission to the event, as well as access to a wide range of local vendors, free welcome bags, and the latest issue of The Wedding Ring Magazine. They also had the chance to enter several prize draws, including the $1000 Wedding Cash - to be used with any attending exhibitor, courtesy of TheWeddingRing.ca

The expo was an opportunity to connect with decorators, floral designers, DJs, photographers, videographers, musicians, gown shops, photo booths, transportation services, wedding and life budget experts, formal wear shops, beauty and health services, gifts, travel, venues, officiants, wedding supplies, favours & wedding registries, and much more.

This semi-annual event is scheduled to run again on Sunday, Oct 26, 2025 at Hockley Valley Resort. Packed with creative exhibitors as well as the latest in wedding products and services. We’d love to have you join us! Here are all the details:

SHOW DATE: Sunday, February 22, 2026

TIMES: 11 am to 3 pm

LOCATION: Hockley Valley Resort | 793522 3rd Line EHS, Mono, ON L9W 5X7

ADMISSION PRICE: Free when you register online, otherwise, just $10 each at the door

GRAND PRIZE: $1000 Wedding Cash (to be used with any of the attending Caledon-Oakville Expo Exhibitor)

CUSTOM LABELS: Don’t forget to select custom labels when you register to save you time and effort when filling out ballots to win prizes at the show. (Labels close on Tuesday, Feb 17th at noon to allow time for printing.)
