This is Kingston’s newest wedding planning tradition, starting November 8 at the Ambassador Event Centre at the DoubleTree / Home2 Suites by Hilton, 1550 Princess Street.
Spend four fabulous hours meeting the Kingston-area wedding professionals who will help make your wedding day everything you’ve imagined.
Photographers. Venues. Florists. Caterers. Planners. Jewellers. DJs. All in one room, all ready to meet you.

General Admission: FREE for you and your entire wedding planning team when you preregister online before midnight Thursday, November 5, 2026.
At the door: $10 per person.
VIP Ticket: $30 for two. Skip the line, extra grand prize ballot entries, and an upgraded SWAG bag. Limited VIP tickets available. $10 for each additional VIP guest.
Every engaged couple receives a SWAG bag with a copy of The Wedding Ring Magazine and more. Free parking at the venue.

Kingston Exclusive: $1,000 “Wedding Cash”
One lucky Kingston couple will win $1,000 Wedding Cash to spend with any exhibitor at the Kingston expo. Drawn at the conclusion of the show.
Wedding Cash is not a cash prize. It must be applied directly to a contract or invoice with one exhibitor at the Kingston Wedding Expo. Valid up to the full $1,000 value with one exhibitor. Must be booked by December 31, 2026.
No purchase necessary to enter either prize draw. Every couple who attends any Fall 2026 Wedding Ring Expo receives a ballot entry. More shows attended means more chances to win. VIP ticket holders receive additional ballot entries.
The Kingston Wedding Expo is a boutique show: 40 handpicked wedding professionals in an elegant setting at the Ambassador Event Centre. You’ll have time to meet everyone, ask real questions, and leave with a shortlist you actually feel good about.
Plan to arrive at 11:00 am and give yourself the full four hours. You’ll want them.
