Meet your photographer, florist, caterer, venue, decorator, DJs, formal wear designer, limo driver, all in one room, all in one afternoon. Get inspired. Ask the questions you've been sitting on. Make connections with local pros who know the KW wedding world inside and out.

Spend the afternoon exploring a full ballroom of talented local wedding professionals. Whether you're just getting started or deep into planning, the KW Expo gives you a chance to meet your potential wedding team face to face, see their work in person, and book with confidence.

General Admission: FREE when you register online before midnight on October 1, 2026.
Walk-in: $10 per person at the door on show day.
VIP (for 2 people): $30. VIP ticket holders skip the general admission line, receive an upgraded SWAG bag, and earn additional ballot entries into the grand prize draw. Additional VIP guests are $10 per person.

Every couple who attends the Kitchener-Waterloo Wedding Expo is automatically entered to win an 8 day trip to Ireland for 2, courtesy of Royal Irish Tours, Shine Travel, and The Wedding Ring. The grand prize includes return economy airfare from Toronto to Dublin, airport transfers, 2 nights in a 4-star Dublin hotel, a night in a luxury Irish castle with fine dining, 4 nights in B&Bs throughout Ireland, a 5-day rental car, and personal honeymoon trip planning with Pauline from Shine Travel.
The grand prize draw is Monday, November 9, 2026. Attend multiple Wedding Ring Expos this fall season for additional ballot entries. More shows means more chances to win.

One lucky couple wins $1,000 “Wedding Cash” to spend with their favourite wedding professional at the KW Expo. This prize is drawn at the end of the show. The “Wedding Cash” must be used with one wedding professional from the show and must be booked by December 31, 2026.
